Community Hope Hosts Second Annual Wellness Fair
November 20, 2008 for Residents and Staff

Putting All the Pieces of Wellness Together

Parsippany, NJ -- Community Hope, a nonprofit organization providing housing and support services to homeless veterans and individuals in recovery from mental illness, is hosting its second Annual Wellness Fair for the agency’s program residents and employees on November 20, 2008.

“This event promotes wellness and recovery, which is at the core of our mission in helping individuals overcome mental illness and reach their potential,” said J. Michael Armstrong, Community Hope Executive Director. “Maintaining a balance in our lives also extendsto the philosophy we encourage for our employees in promoting a quality workplace.”

Participating community partners include: Dover Business College, Dress for Success, Hope House, Mental Health Association of NJ, Mental Health Association of Morris County, Morris County Health Management, Parsippany Police Department, Total Hearing, Zufall Health Center, Institute for Therapeutic Massage, WRAP, Mental Health Association of Morris County, MetLife Financial Advisors, Dawn, NJ Commission for the Blind, CHOICES, Volunteer Management Center, Interfaith Food Pantry, People Helping People, The Morris Self Help Center, Matheny Dental Clinic, and the NJ Foundation of Dentistry for Persons of Disability.
