Community Hope Announces New Board President
and 2022 Board of Directors
Parsippany, NJ – Community Hope announces the appointment of a new president to its Board of Directors, as well as this year’s officers and board members.
The new Board President, John Iannetta, is the Principal and Founder of Commercial Operations Excellence, dba CommOpEx, an independent consulting firm specializing in commercial operations, process, and operations excellence. Mr. Iannetta also bring years of experience in Executive Leadership roles at BD and Johnson & Johnson. Mr. Iannetta has been a Board member at Community Hope for over four years and has successfully led the Strategic and Leadership Committees. “It is a great honor for me to lead the Community Hope Board of Directors. I strongly believe in the mission of this organization and look forward to working closely with the employees who work so hard each day in support of homeless veterans, veteran families and adults with mental illness. I plan to use my leadership skills to strengthen fundraising, expand our outreach to key stakeholders and strengthen and enhance the Board’s effectiveness in support of Community Hope’s leadership and employees.”
Mr. Iannetta succeeds Diana Lunt who served as Board President since 2018 and successfully led the organization through a period of innovation and change. Ms. Lunt will continue serving the organization as the Board Vice President. Carmella Lunt, Ms. Lunt’s mother, was one of the founders of Community Hope and served as the Board President from 1985-2012.
Community Hope also welcomes Jennifer Zimmer, Partner at Insigniam, to the Board of Directors. Ms. Zimmer has been active with Community Hope for the past 10 years, most recently as Co-Chair of the Leadership Committee. She has also provided management consulting services to the organization and its leaders.
